Last night I asked Aaron if he thought I was ugly. He said, "Yes, but I still love you."
Feeling really bad, I asked him what I needed to do to not be ugly. He said, "You have to put stuff on your eyes, it's called eye-paint, right here (and he touched his eyelashes) and here (he touched just under his eyebrows), and change your shirt (I was in my pajamas) to your morning shirt, and wear one of these." (and he traced his finger along his head from the top of one ear to the top of the other)
"You mean a headband?" I asked.
"Yes," he said.
"Then I will be pretty?" I asked him.
"Yes," he said.
So the next day when I had all but the headband on, (I draw the line there, they give me headaches) I asked him if I looked pretty.
"Yes," he said.

Second Soccer Game
Yay! Aaron's soccer team won their second soccer game!! It was too funny. The kids huddled around the ball and half the time, the ball wasn't moving, the kids were huddled around it so tight. I had to hold the rocks Aaron collected from the field in the middle of the game because he couldn't get them in his pocket while he was playing.

Aaron's First Soccer Game!!!
Saturday (March 7), Aaron had his first ever soccer game, and I can tell you, watching 5-year olds play soccer is way more entertaining than watching the older kids play soccer. Where else do you have teamates stopping in the middle of the game to pick a weed, or because they thought they saw a ladybug? Or one of them run right off the field to talk to his mom (that one, BTW, was Aaron, lol!) Or the whole team huddled around the ball, or the players stopping to make a funny pose for his friends? It makes me wonders where they get so competitive, because these kids really were just out there to have fun. They really didn't care about who won, and let me say, they had FUN!!!
Pics are coming - now where is that memory card????

Kam's prognosis!
Okay, first of all, I am soooo glad we decided we are going to Cincinnati. I have been talking to Dr. Pena who has been clearing up Kameron's many conflicting diagnosises, and has told us that his birth defect is a type that has a very good chance for voluntary bowel control!!!! Way better than what we were told before, bad defect and not to even try laxatives until he's around 7years old! And the hemisacrum - completely nonexistant!!!!! We still have so many questions, especially with this new info, and it will be very interesting to go to Cincinnati to get the rest of our questions answered!

tomato!
My first tomato of the season! It looks a little funny, but believe me, it tasted great!
